Knife No. 15, the Combat Hunter, was designed to bridge the gap between a traditional hunting knife and a larger, hard-use field blade.

The 7½-inch blade is made from 1084 high-carbon steel, with a long sweeping edge, aggressive upswept point, and a pronounced fuller that gives the knife much of its distinctive character. At 12 inches overall, it has substantial reach and presence without crossing into oversized Bowie territory.

The handle is fitted with G10, shaped with deep contours for a secure, comfortable grip. Red and black tones carry through the handle construction and complement the blade's aggressive lines, while brass hardware provides a subtle contrast.

A custom Kydex sheath continues the same theme with a black-and-red topographic pattern and adjustable belt attachment, making the sheath part of the overall design rather than simply an afterthought.

Completed on September 23, 2026, the Combat Hunter became Knife No. 15 from Stigall Bladeworks—a design that brings together elements of a hunting knife, Bowie, and modern field knife in a profile of its own.

Seven and a half inches of 1084. Built for the field, with an attitude all its own.
